You’ll support our amazing Omni Family of Services network and have the opportunity to help make a real impact through collaboration, innovation, and care.

What You’ll Do

You’ll be an essential part of our HR team, helping to drive a culture of trust, growth, and engagement. On any given day, you might:

• Build positive relationships and provide guidance on employee relations issues, ensuring fair and consistent resolutions.
• Support the Director of Human Resources with day-to-day HR operations and projects.
• Serve as the go-to contact for employee questions on benefits, leave, policies, and compliance.
• Manage HRIS data for new hires and employee changes—accuracy is your superpower!
• Assist with leave administration, FMLA tracking, and maintaining employee records.
• Contribute to the Omni mission of safety, healing, and empowerment by modeling our E.S.T.E.E.M. values: Embracing Diversity, Safety, Trustworthiness, Emotional Intelligence, Empowerment, and Mindful Collaboration.

Who You Are

You’re the kind of HR professional who leads with empathy, listens with intention, and takes pride in creating positive outcomes for people and teams.

• You have a High School Diploma or GED (Associate’s degree in HR or related field preferred).
• You bring 2+ years of experience in Human Resources—with a strong emphasis on employee relations.
• You’re fluent in Microsoft Office and comfortable working with HRIS systems.
• You thrive in a fast-paced environment, love solving problems, and handle sensitive matters with discretion.
• You have a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and a desire to continuously grow and learn.
